Ryan lives in downtown Orlando and is the Vice President of Acquisitions in Florida for 29th Street Capital, a privately held real estate investment firm based in San Francisco and Chicago. He is responsible for sourcing, underwriting and executing the acquisition of multifamily assets throughout central and southeast Florida. When he is not tracking down deals, he is traveling to see friends and family along the East Coast or indulging in one of his hobbies: weightlifting, reading and Xbox gaming.
